Starfighters are the most fearsome spacecraft in the galaxy, with pilots to match. Launch into the stars, shifting fluidly between mecha robot form and starship mode. Unleash a barrage of plasma, bullets, and missiles - along with a host of special abilities, from drone allies and submachine firepower to searing lightning and cloaks of invisibility.

Mechanized Starfighters are the core item that the player utilizes for exploration and combat in Phantom Galaxies. As Phantom Galaxies evolves, each Starfighter will exist as an NFT that specifies both the aesthetics and attributes of the in-game mech. Many different NFTs and FTs will be required to fuse together throughout the lifespan of a Starfighter. Some NFTs will be consumed in the fusion process, while others will not be consumed and yet still influence the specific outcome of the fusion process.
Some of the different characteristics and modifiers of a Starfighter are: Frame, Reactor, Shields, Cargohold, Thrusters, Overheat Capacity, Weapon Slots, Armour Bonus and more. Starfighters are available in a number of tiers, that we call Generations. Starfighters can be leveled up using the fusion process.
Avatar NFTs are an important part of gameplay and a key differentiator from a non-NFT game. Each Avatar will define the visual appearance of a player’s character and some of its starting attributes. Avatars come in a variety of rarities from very common up to extremely rare or even unique. As they progress through the game, players will level up their avatar and allocate skill points to improve their combat effectiveness.
Avatars will be minted and released in batches. Each batch will have a set of core “parent” Avatar NFTs where the traits of the parents will be used to generate each Avatar in the batch.
Holders of certain Origin Series NFTs will be able to mint generative Collector Series Starfighter and Avatar NFTs. Collector Series Starfighters and Avatars will not have any stat based advantages in the game. They will have unique generative designs, with rarity, that will not be seen anywhere else in the game. Mintpass and Gene Sample holders will be able to mint Starfighters and Avatars before the launch of the game.
Yes, you will be able to sell your purchased Phantom Galaxies assets on NFT marketplaces, like OpenSea. This includes your Starfighter, Avatar, Planet and many other NFTs.
To an extent. The initial minting of Avatars, Starfighters and Planets will randomise their features. However, with additional resources, it has been hinted that you are able to customise certain aspects of your assets. There is more to come.
