Fatal Error?

Please provide as much information as possible and send your crash log files to a BFS staff member. Crash reports/logs can be found in AppData/Local/PhantomGalaxies.

Is there a way to transfer the game installation from Drive C to Drive D?

Yes, within the launcher.

How long will the Alpha last?

At least a month after Episode 4 is released. Keep in mind that you need to continually own The Halberd-001, or any Origin Collection NFT to play all the episodes.

What do I need to play?

You need to own and hold at least 1 Halberd-001 or any Origin Collection NFT for access to all episodes of the Early Access Alpha.

Is there a cut-off date for playing this episode?

You’ll be able to play all the episodes until Episode 4 is no longer available.

Is there a MAC version?

The Mac version is now available.

Can I stream the early Alpha?

Yes you can! Tell all your friends about PG!

Can I play on a different device?

Yes. The access key is linked to your wallet. Game save data is saved on the computer, therefore using a different device means starting over again.

Where can I find my access code?

Go to the website and generate a new access code with the connected wallet. Click the “Download” button to generate the new code.

Will save data carry over?

Save data will remain throughout the Alpha episodes, but will reset during Closed Beta.

Is there an issue with having the NFT on a ledger?

There are no issues. It just needs to link in to a supported blockchain wallet to interact with the website. MetaMask, Wallet Connect, and Coinbase Wallet are currently supported.

Will I lose anything if I transfer Halberd-001 to a new wallet?

When changing to a new wallet, your save data will be reset.

We just need to get the pop up at the end of Episode 1 to qualify for the completion badge, correct?

Yes.

I completed Episode 1. If I have a second Halberd, how can I play another game using this NFT without losing my completion badge from my first NFT?

Assuming this is on a different wallet, proceed with the following steps. Game progress is saved on the computer. Changing wallets is possible but requires resetting your save data. Your completion will be stored against your wallet and is not reset. 1. On the website, generate a new access code with the currently connected wallet. 2. Generate a new access code for the new wallet you want to use and copy it. 3. Start up the game. It will say “invalid access code”. Paste in the new access code from the new wallet. 4. Game will say “changed wallet address”. You need to delete data to continue. Accept and continue.

Where are all the figures?

2 figures can be purchased from the vendor kiosks. The last figure will be available in Episode 4.

Where are all the poems?

All of the poems can be located on Halberd-001 in the Asterion sector.

Where is the lounge access code for the Shining Star Bar?

This is still a mystery... Shh 😉

How do I roll?

Double tap A/D to dodge left/right on keyboards. Square + Left/Right on PS controllers. X + Left/Right on Xbox controllers.

How many Halberd-001s do I need?

What does cost per token mean?

Cost per token is the calculated price paid per token based on the Planet details. Take the price of the Planet, divide it by the number of tokens and that is the "cost per token". Maximum governance token is the max amount of ASTRAFER that the Planet will yield, and vice versa.

What is the Origin Series?

The Origin Series NFTs grant access to play all episodes. These include Medals, The Hopeful, and Redeemed and Unredeemed Posters: Halberd-001, Shining Star, Thermopylae, and Poster 4. You can find more information in The Origin Collection.

How to Run the Closed Alpha Phantom Galaxies Game: 1. Copy your unique access code to your clipboard (Ctrl-C) 2. Download the launcher directly from our Official Website: https://phantomgalaxies.com/ 3. Run the installer (depending on your Windows settings, you may have to 'Run as administrator') 4. If prompted with a 'Windows protected you PC' prompt, please select 'Run anyway'. If prompted with a 'Windows Firewall' prompt, please select 'Allow access'. 5. The installer will download and install the game. Once installed, select 'Play Phantom Galaxies' 6. On load, you will be prompted to enter your unique access code. Please paste yours into the prompt (Ctrl-V) and hit Enter. 7. Enjoy!
